1. Order Processing
1.1 Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days.
1.2 After dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor your package in real time.
2. Shipping Services
2.1 We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs inspection, and other external factors. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe weather or transit disruptions) or incorrect/incomplete address information are not our responsibility.
2.2 Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you require delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
2.3 You may request a shipping address change before your order is dispatched by contacting us at service@railia.com. Once shipped, the delivery address and shipping method cannot be modified.
3. Shipping Fees
3.1 All railia orders come with free shipping. We will select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery location ( such as DHL/UPS/EXPRESS, etc.).
3.2 If you require expedited shipping due to special circumstances, please contact our customer service team (service@railia.com). Additional charges may apply.
4. Shipment Tracking
4.1 Prior to shipment, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date and shipping schedule.
4.2 Once your package is dispatched, you can check its status via the tracking number on the carrier’s official website.
4.3 If tracking information is missing, delayed, or shows abnormal status, please contact customer service with your recipient name and order number. We will respond within 2 business days.
5. Special Requests
If you require special handling (e.g., gift wrapping), please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the service requested.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all delivery information provided is accurate. railia is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Disclaimer
railia is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, etc.)
- Epidemic-related control measures
- War or strikes
- Customs clearance delays
- Any other unforeseen transportation interruptions
8. Risk Transfer
Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer.
9. Issue Resolution
Please contact the railia after-sales team (service@railia.com) within the timelines below:
- Package lost/undelivered:
Contact us within 3 business days after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
- Product issues (wrong item, damaged goods, missing accessories):
Report within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
railia will not be responsible for lost packages caused by customer-related reasons such as incorrect address or failure to receive the package on time.
