1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.3 Shipment Confirmation Standard
An order is deemed shipped once we hand over the package to the logistics provider. Even if the logistics provider has not generated a tracking number yet, the order cannot be cancelled anymore. Please submit your cancellation request before the package is delivered to the logistics provider.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1 Warranty Period
We provide a 1-year global free warranty service for this product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, and all repair services covered by the warranty are free of charge.
2.2 Warranty Process & Required Proofs
2.2.1. All repairs under warranty must be completed at our brand’s designated service centers during the valid warranty period.
2.2.2. To apply for warranty service, you must present one of the following valid documents: Warranty Card, Purchase Invoice or Valid Transaction Record.
2.2.3. If you accidentally lose your invoice, warranty card or other relevant documents, please contact our online customer service for assistance.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
3.1 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange
We offer a 30-calendar-day hassle-free return and exchange service starting from the date you receive the product. This service is completely free of charge for customers.
Eligibility: The product, original accessories, free gifts and all items listed in the package must be kept in good condition for return or exchange.
3.2 Eligible Situations
3.2.1. You may request a return or exchange for any personal reasons, including dissatisfaction with product effect, usage experience or personal preference.
3.2.2. You may request a return or exchange if the product has performance malfunctions, cosmetic defects, missing accessories or other quality issues.
3.3 Excluded Situations
3.3.1. The product is returned after the 30-day return & exchange period.
3.3.2. Damage caused by improper use, accidental drops or other abnormal usage behaviors.
3.4 Return Shipping Fee Rules
3.4.1. Within 30 calendar days after you receive the product: If you return the item due to subjective experience issues such as uncomfortable wearing or ineffective use, we will cover the return shipping fee.
3.4.2. Within 30 calendar days after you receive the product: If the product is damaged due to rough use or intentional destruction by the customer, resulting in malfunction, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee.
3.4.3. For any return requested more than 30 calendar days after delivery, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee regardless of the reason.
3.5 Return Application Process
3.5.1. Please submit a return or refund request via your order page, state the reason clearly, and attach relevant photos or videos as supporting evidence.

3.7 Refund Rules & Processing Time
