1. Warranty Policy

1.1 Warranty Period

A one-year global warranty service is provided, and the free repair coverage takes effect from the date of purchase.

1.2 Warranty Process & Required Documents

During the warranty period, repairs must be handled at an authorized service center designated by the brand. When applying for service, customers must present a warranty card, purchase invoice, or valid transaction record.

If the invoice or warranty documents are lost, please contact online customer service for assistance.

1.3 Warranty Proof Includes

  • Purchase invoice
  • Valid transaction record (such as online shopping order screenshots)
  • Product warranty card

2. Return & Exchange Policy

 2.1 30-day No-Reason Return & Exchange

At railia, we believe you deserve a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you encounter any quality issues, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy — completely free, with no cost to you.
Eligibility: We guarantee that you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your product, provided that the product, accessories, gifts, and other items in the packing list remain in basically good condition.

2.2 Covered Situations:

If you're unsatisfied with the product for any reason — including results, experience, or usage — you may request a return or exchange. If the product has any performance issues, cosmetic flaws, or missing accessories or other quality concerns, you may also request a return or exchange.

2.3 Exclusions:

The product is beyond the 30-day return period.
Damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or other non-normal usage conditions.

 

3. Invoice Policy

3.1 Ordinary Invoice

Ordinary invoices will be issued by default for individual customers and companies without general taxpayer qualification.

3.2 VAT Special Invoice

Application time: after confirming receipt of goods, contact customer service to apply.

Required documents:

  • Copy of tax registration certificate and qualification proof of general taxpayer
  • Complete invoicing information (invoice title, full company name, bank and account number, registered address, contact number, taxpayer identification number)
  • Recipient information for invoice (detailed address, phone number, recipient name)
